The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tosha was amazing!!! My friend lost their wallet while we were staying at the hotel and she went above and beyond to get in contact with us prior to us leaving. She was very sweet and kind. Her customer service is exceptional. She deserves extra kudos because she was by far the best front desk receptionist I’ve encountered in a long time. Thanks again Tosha for all that you’ve done!! If we’re ever back in Savannah, we will be staying here again!

Morning breakfast was the usual hotel fare, but the gal working in the breakfast room was so pleasant and accommodating! We are so glad we stayed there, in fact, that's why we stayed there on our way back!
